It’s championship action again for Ipswich this weekend, and we’re at home against our bitter rivals!

Ipswich and Norwich City lock horns as rivalries are renewed at Portman Road on Saturday lunchtime, in the live sky sports game.

Cameron Stewart (fractured jaw) is still a couple of weeks from fitness, so his Town debut has to wait.

Experienced Irish international Stephen Hunt (calf) featured for the youth side in the game with Lowestoft Town on Tuesday, and is fit for consideration.

Mick McCarthy made several aware that they could leave recently, Anthony Wordsworth was one of them and he has joined Rotherham United on loan.

Norwich are without Martin Olsson (suspension) but recent arrivals Cameron Jerome and Carlos Cuellar are straight into the squad, and could debut.

Painfully the last meeting at Portman Road was a five-one win for Norwich in April 2011, with them winning three of the last four with us only winning once since 2008.

There wouldn’t be a better time to get a first league win, since the opening day, than tomorrow would there!
