RK says he hasn’t been contacted by Barnsley or any other club for that matter with regards to a move for midfielder Alan Quinn.
The Daily Star reported on Tuesday that the Tykes had agreed a £200,000 fee with Ipswich for Quinn, while Barnsley gaffer Simon Davey said he had been talking to Alan’s agent.
But Town boss Roy Keane has denied all suggestions of a bid for Quinny: ‘No club has permission to speak with Alan.
‘Lots of managers speak with agents but we have had no offers for Alan Quinn.’
