Shumi The Door!

Shumi looks set to leave Portman Road, with Sky Sports reporting that Preston are in discussions with Ipswich over a move for the Macedonian.

The arrival of Colin Healy last week looks to have put Shumi in the shop window, and it doesn’t look like the 28-year-old will be part of manager Roy Keane’s plans having played in a very youthful and understrength Town side against Charlton on Tuesday night.

Shumulikoski joined the Blues back in January 08 and arrived with a big reputation in his homeland – world football giants Macedonia, but has only found the back of the net once in nearly 50 games. He was nearly set to join Preston on loan last season, but then gaffer Jim Magilton didn’t want to loan to a club that were chasing a play-off spot.
