Goalkeeper Lewis Price has returned from international duty with a hand injury, but it is not expected to keep him out of the game with Reading on Sunday.

The 21 year old missed his chance to make his senior debut for Wales against Northern Ireland with a hip injury and then to make matters worse he sustained a hand injury during training on Tuesday that ruled him out of the match with Azerbaijan.

‘Lewis jarred his fingers in the dying minutes of training with the Welsh squad but we expect him to be fit,’ said Joe Royle. ‘It’s an injury that goalkeepers can pick up. He had his fingers knocked back but I’m sure he will be fine, then again with our luck you never know!’
