Midfield Concerns Ahead Of Cov

Manager Joe Royle has midfield concerns ahead of the match against Coventry City at the weekend.

Kevin Horlock is suspended for the match, and Owen Garvan is missing with an ankle injury. It is likely that Gavin Williams, the new loan signing from West Ham,will start the match though.

Ian Westlake is ready to make his first start since Aug 19 whilst Jim Magilton, Darren Currie, Jimmy Juan and Matt Richards should also be in contention for returns.

Fabian Wilnis will definitely be in the squad though, having been left out for the 3-1 win against Plymouth a fortnight ago and with Adam Proudlock a doubt with a jarred knee, it is expected that Nicky Forster and Sam Parkin will continue their partnership upfront.
