Magilton could appeal ban.

After Magilton admitted to using insulting or abusive at referee Mark Clattenburg during Town’s clash with Preston North End at Deepdale, Magilton has received a punishment from the FA that consists of a two match touchline ban and a £750 fine.

This could be seen as a harsh punishment as when Steve Tilson (southend manager) committed a similar offence he only received a £50 fine and no touchline ban whatsoever.

If Magilton does wish to launch an appeal then he has two weeks to do so and if it is dismissed then Magilton will be in the stands for the last two games of the season as well.
