Ipswich Town have taken former Fulham keeper Jaroslaw Drobny on trial, with a view to a short term contract.

Lewis Price is out for at least a couple of weeks with inflamed ribs, after a collision with Southends Matt Harrold on saturday.

Drobny,27, is a 16 time Czech U21 international, and was a losing finalist at the 2000 U21 European Championships, and also has played in the Olympics in Sydney that same year.

Magilton said: ‘Lewis is going to be missing for a few weeks so we have decided to bring in Jaroslav on trial.

‘We will have a look at him but there’s certainly a chance that we will look to sign him for a month to give us some cover while Lewis is recovering.’
