Michael Chopra has paid tribute to former Newcastle United teammate Gary Speed on Twitter.
The Blues striker tweeted: “RIP Gary Speed thoughts are with ur family proud to have known and played with such a great guy in speedo.”
The 42-year-old Wales manager was found dead at his home this morning and police said there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
Keeper David Stockdale also tweeted: “Sad news today Leeds legend and sadly missed watched him at elland road a lot thought are with his family and friends!”
