Jimmy Bullard’s return to the KC Stadium will add spice to an otherwise quite drab FA Cup tie with Hull City.
Town missed out on a high profile money-spinning tie and a nice easy home draw when theydrew fellow Championship rivals Hull.
Bullard is still in dispute with the Tigers after being sacked amid allegations of misbehaviour by the player who is now the highest paid ‘performer’ at Portman Road.
The tie is expected to take place on Saturday 7 January 2012.
Hull beat the Blues in August earlier this season1-0 at Portman Road thanks to a late goal Matty Fryatt goal.
