Incoming boss Paul Le Guen seems happy to le Malcolm, 25, leave his boyhood club on a free, with Dundee Utd, Wolves and Coventry all interested in Defender come holding midfield player.

Sometimes a controversial figure, Malcolm was fined £5,000 in May 2004 for adding a sectarian comment when giving a fan an autograph.

  • Bob is a great young player he plays best the holding role because his passing accuracy is excellent ,so the strikers can always rely on good service from bob. He is the best passer of the ball at Rangers’ undoubtadely his accuracy is immense. He’s not a world beater but you never got a bad performance from him and he never let you. it’s just a shame that with Paul Le Guens’ skills he couldn’t have groomed bob into an even better player
