On loan Reece Wabara has said he would be happy to extend his stay at Ipswich.

Speaking to BBC Radio Suffolk the 19 year old said that his ambition at the moment was to simply get as much game time as possible, and if he was getting that here and doing well he thinks it would make sense for all parties to extend the deal in January.

‘I’m 19 now and my ambition is to play. If I’m playing and I’m doing well, there’s no reason why I can’t extend the loan.’

On his experience at the club so far, Wabara is staying grounded and knows he’s got to work hard to get into Jewell’s plans.

‘It’s difficult to get into any good, winning side. I’ve just got to work hard, wait for my chance and show people what I can do.’
