Ipswich Town manager Jim Magilton has decided against offering wantaway Crystal Palace striker Shefki Kuqi a permanent move to Portman Road.
Perhaps unsurprisingly taking into account Kuqi’s failure to make an adequate impact during his loan spell with Town, Magilton felt he would not be a worthy addition to the squad.
It gets worse for the Portman Road favourite as it is understood that Kuqi will not be playing for Palace next season either as boss Neil Warnock is desperate to offload the Finnish international after his well-documented fall-out with the Selhurst Park faithful.
