Liddell Rubbishes Ageist Talk

Fitness Coach Andy Liddell has rubbished suggestions that the team’s current dip in form is due to the age of the players.

Speaking to BBC Radio Suffolk the ex midfielder said that the club’s scientific tests show that age is not a factor.

‘They’re fantastic, all the players that are over and under 30, there’s nobody found wanting in those statistics. I don’t see an argument there because I see the figures every week.’

Liddell adds that we just need to keep plugging away, working hard and play ourselves into some form again.
