Cardiff City’s 23-year-old Welsh international Darcy Blake is a target for Ipswich and Portsmouth, according to the Daily Mirror.
The centre half, who can also play at right back, 23, has been a regular for his country is said to be considering his future, which has alerted Championship rivals Town and Pompey.
This gets a four out of ten mark, especially if PJ manages to land Sean St Ledger from Leicester City.
