Town are reportedly keeping tabs on Scunthorpe United striker Gary Hooper.
The tabloid report claims that representatives of the club were at the Iron’s 2-1 win over fellow League One side Stockport County on Saturday, the same game in which midfielder Liam Trotter, on loan from Ipswich, appeared in for United.
Hooper, 21, has already scored 25 goals since joining the play-off chasing side in the summer and a goalscorer such as him could be well on the Town shortlist come the summer.
