Swansea’s lively striker Jason Scotland has been highlighted as the ‘Dangerman’ for the game against Swansea.

Scotland is only in his second season as a Swansea player, but already has already scored 57 goals in all competitions for the club, something of an exceptional achievement.

This season he has already netted 14 goals, 13 of which have been in the league, making him the 4th top scorer in the Championship.

The 29-year-old isn’t the tallest player in the world, meaning his aerial presence should be nullified by Ipswich defenders Gareth McAuley and Pim Balkestein. However he has pace to burn and will run off the last defenders shoulder for the entire 90 minutes.

It will be a long, hard afternoon for Town’s back four against one of the most talented strikers in the division.

Scotland joined Swansea in May 2007, for a nominal fee of just £25,000. They struggled to obtain a work permit for the Trinidadian born player, but were eventually successful.
