Micahel Copra is back in Ipswich, back in training and looking to get back in among the goals – starting against Forest on Saturday.
The Blues striker who has been in rehab to battle a gambling addcition tweeted a message to fans this morning and sounds upbeat.
He tweeted: ‘Getting massage & feeling good about myself now. Thanks for all your messages since my Sky interview wit @skysports_bryan. I’m gettin there.’
