Town To Move For Carsley In January?

Ipswich have been linked with a possible move for veteran midfielder Lee Carsley.

The Birmingham man hasn’t featured for the first team in over a month and is likely to be allowed to leave St Andrews come the January transfer window, although his contract ends at the end of the season.

Notts County, whoever they may be owned by, are reported to have offered the 35-year-old a two year deal, but despite the security of a longer contract, he is thought to want to remain in a higher league.
