This was probably not as bad as the scoreline would suggest.
Yes Town lost by three clear goals but Brighton pretty much scored with every shot they had, which was not that many.
Poor defending allowed Dean hammond to head in a corner at the near post for the first.
Craig Mackail-Smith took his goal very well, but again the defending was bad.
The third came with Ipswich pressing and it was a corker of a 30-yard shot from Wayne Bridge but Henderson might have done better.
Daryl Murphy came closest for Town but his shot was tipped over.
Jason Scotland might have had a penalty when the keeper fumbled but the fould went against the striker.
