Rosenior: Keano’s My Number One

On loan Reading full back Liam Rosenior says Town manager Roy Keane is by far the best manager he has had in his career.

The right back is flourishing under Keano’s management and is an early contender for player of the season. Rosenior believes it is only a matter of time before everything clicks into place and the team start really pushing up the table, converting draws into wins and who knows, make a late play-off push.

He said: ”I have had a lot of good managers in my career but Keane is the best.

‘He knows every player in the league, has a great memory and such a knowledge of the game. It is going to make us better as players and as a team. You can see we already play good football. It was only a matter of time that the performances would be converted into results.’
