Paul Jewell remains the manager so expect a crowd of around 10,000 tonight, even though the club will probably say it is 14,000-15,000.
We need a win to lift the palce but even then we will still be in the bottom three.
Jewell told the club website: “I`ve spoken with the staff and players. You know when you`ve lost the dressing room and I definitely haven`t done that. Not every player in this club will want me as manager, but not every player at Man United will want Sir Alex (Ferguson) as manager. There will always be players that are unhappy.
“The majority of players have come to me and said ‘I hope you stay` though.”
No injuries or suspensions but Jewell may freshen things up after throwing away the lead at Hull.
He can’t say players aren’t giving him full 90 minutes then play them again so expect a couple of changes – although the loanees will probably be safe.
Gareth Roberts at left-back in place of James O’Connor could be Derby boss Nigel Clough only change.
Although some fans want Town to lose so Jewell goes, Derby are pretty hopeless right now so I can see us winning for a change 2-1 Town.
Home to Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday
