The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game between Brighton and Ipswich Town this Tuesday.

Brighton host Ipswich Town on Tuesday February 14 for the game at the Amex Stadium and the match carries a 7.45pm kick off.

Referee: Roger East
Linesmen: Simon Beck and Derek Eaton
Fourth Official: Andy Davies

Match Day referee East has taken in 22 games so far in 2016/17 with a return of 97 yellow cards and five red cards.

His highest card count this season was eight yellow cards in the Oxford v Millwall match. He also showed seven yellows in the game between Scunthorpe United and Millwall, and six yellows and one red in the Cardiff City v Brighton encounter.

He took charge of 39 matches last season and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 119 yellow cards and two red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Brighton and Sheffield Wednesday in May with a total of eight yellows being shown.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of the players edge closer to automatic bans.
