Mpenza Nearing to Ipswich Move?

Reports in the press linking Manchester City’s released Belgain forward Emile Mpenza with a move to Ipswich Town just won’t fizzle out.

Both the national tabloids and Belgian reports have been busy linking Mpenza with Ipswich which makes Mpenza seem a likely target for Jim Magilton who is keen to bring in a top-class striker.

Ipswich Town were understood to be interested in the former Hamburg and Schalke in Januaury but a loan move could not be agreed between the two clubs.
