JOE Royle is keen on bringing back former Blue Tommy Miller as he prepares to strengthen the squad for next season.
It is beleived that the Sunderland man could return to Portman Road on a free transfer after Sunderland seek to reduce the wage bill after relegation to the Championship.
The former Hartlepool midfielder only left Town last summer on a Bosman transfer.
Miller notched up 36 goals in 139 appearences during his time at Town.
