The most recently announced ‘Rich List’ saw a certain Ipswich owner Marcus Evans among the top 150.
In the Sunday Times Rich List, put out funnily enough on Sunday, with an estimated wealth of a cool £700m Evans finds himself at a ‘lowly’ joint 143rd.
Obviously this wealth is not all ‘money to hand’ type thing, it is based on things that are connectable to him and isn’t the money he has ‘kicking about’ in the bank, if you added that and other unidentifiable things then he is thought to be worth nearer the £1b mark.
Now for him to free up some of those assets for Mick to spend this summer! To be fair he does a good amound for the club doesn’t he.
