Huw Hints At Pablo Deal Revival

Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins has revealed the deal to bring Pablo Counago to Wales may not be dead after all.

Ipswich accepted a bid for the Spaniard from the Swans last weekend, but Counago turned down the move, with manager Roy Keane then wanting the striker to win a place in the first team.

But Huw Jenkins says the move is not quite off: ‘The ball is not in our court. If the player wants to stay at Ipswich, that is up to him and we have never focused on just one option.
