Cameron Stewart, the Hull City winger, has joined the burgeoning list of potential new signings for Ipswich Town.
Blackpool and Charlton Athletic have also made moves for Stewart who is in the final year of his contract with the Tigers and spent time out on loan with Burnley and Blackburn Rovers last season.
The 22-year-old, former Manchester United youngster, is unlikely to figure in the top flight for the Tigers and is free to leave.
Town are building a nice collection of wingers as McCarthy looks to add cheap options to his squad.
