Casement Wins Youth Prize

Chris Casement has won the Dale Roberts Trophy for the Academy Player of the Year.

Casement was part of the Town youth cup winning side of 2005 and this season has made one senior start, and made a further three substitute appeaences.

Joe Royle has recently praised the young defender in the local press, ‘At the moment Chris Casement is making outstanding progress.

‘He was our best player at Tottenham [in the reserves]. He was terrific against people like Andy Reid running at him with the ball.’
