Lee Camp has shown a reluctance to join Ipswich after holding talks with the Blues.
The Forest keeper is a free agent in the summer and has already been told by new Nottingham Forest boss he will not be offered a new deal there.
Although Mick McCarthy moved quickly to try and secure the much-travelled keeper but is being forced to wait while camp waits to see what other offers come his way.
