Thirtyfive-year-old Alan Lee scored for Ipswich in what is by no means a joke Under 21s league as Ipswich drew 2-2 with Fulham

To suggest Alan Lee joining Jack Marriott on the score sheet is no way ridiculous fTown`s U21s drew with Fulham at their Motspur Park training ground in a friendly on Friday afternoon.

It is not even a complete joke that Lee, released by Huddersfield for some ridiculous reason originally signed for Ipswich as a coach, without any real experience, but has now been signed on by our illustrious leader as a player.

Lee is enjoying something of an Indian summer afar also scoring, for the Under-21s, against Colchester.

Still with him ready to step in, then Ipswich have noting to fear and being just one point off the bottom three is absolutely nothing to worry about.

Is it?…
